Through his talents he was able to improve the German styles by his counterpoint, harmonic, and motive skills and having adaptations of rhythms. He was knowledgeable in music because his father was a director of town musicians and his uncles were also professional musicians. Johann Sebastian Bach was able to change the form of music during this time period because of his unique musical and artistic visions and skills and also because he was exposed to music most of life because his family was already into music. |
Beethoven 18th century
Beethoven was a German composer and pianist. He was a figure in the transition between the classical and romantic eras in western art music. Just like Johann Sebastian Bach, Beethoven was taught at an early age by his father. This helped Beethoven developed his musical talents at an early age, making him one of the most important figures in music during this time period. Beethoven's music had such an enormous impact in the musical culture, that now a days he is still mentioned and music created by him is still played. |
Giuseppe Verdi - 19th Century
Verdi was an Italian Romantic composer and is recognized for his operas. He is also known as the preeminent opera composer, and was also a composer that dominated the Italian opera. His music was able to cross the boundaries of music during his era, and the theme of his music would be on the popular culture. Overall his music is still recognized for his operas that were able to take over the 19th century Italy. |
The Beatles - 20th Century
The Beatles were an English boy band created in Liverpool in 1960. The Beatles were not any ordinary boy band, due to the fact that they were able to achieve a great amount of popular in a short time. They were able to succeed the expectations that people might have had of them, making them one of the legendary bands for their contribute to music. The Beatles are still known today for their music and talent, and currently the only surviving members from the band is Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. |
One Direction - 21st Century
One Direction is currently a very popular English boy band, that was created by Simon Cowell on the XFactor in 2010. They are known as one of the biggest bands since the Beatles during the 60's. One Direction has won a lot of awards for their albums and songs, and they are still popular even though one of its member decided to leave the band. |
